Easiest way is to sign up with discord.
Prior to even starting the application process you need to make sure your torn account information is in your forum profile.To do this click on your forum account's name and Account Settings at the top, then click on Edit Profile on the right hand side bar of the screen...
Now that we have that out of the way, lets move on to the actual application process.

Fill these out completely.
Got it all filled out? Well done, now comes the point of no return, If you are sure this is what you want to do, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and press the highlighted button, 
if you still are not sure, close your browser, shut off the computer and go see whats on Television tonight.
Your application is now posted, but, you are NOT a member yet. Did you catch that? YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER YET! To become a member, you must continue to monitor your application, for an Admission Team member may come by and ask you some questions, you need to be around to respond in a timely fashion. We are not asking you to refresh the page every 5 minutes, though if thats fun for you, go right ahead, All we are asking is that you at least check it daily and respond when you do.
The application process can take anywhere from 12 hours to 5 days, depending on your activity level, quality of answers and Admissions Team workload. When you are approved, you will be notified by a message on discord or torn, but if your staying active you wont need to be messaged as you will already know, right? You will not be able to see the academy through any link until you are masked as a trainee. Masking takes around an hour at most. Please be patient.
Once approved, which is not guaranteed to happen, you will be granted access to our Admissions Office, a place for you to learn how to play torn, make progress, work towards certain metrics, and you will also learn of what is expected of you as a member of the New Pacific Order. Your access to this Admissions area will last for 21 days, within this time you will be required to learn what we want you to learn and we will do a review session where we go over the information presented to you. You are expected to try to answer the questions, but we will give you the answers if you get them wrong. However, we expect you to internalize the information or know how to access it easily going forward. Once we wrap up the session to our satisfaction you will become a full member, with all rights, privileges and responsibilities that go with the honor of being part of the best.
If you are denied, and no one posts a specific reason within your application, it will most likely be due to inactivity, but, that won't happen, because you're checking your application every day.
We hope this guide has helped you make your way around the application process. Do not feel bad that you had to use it, everyone needs help at some point. Just remember your confusion before you read this guide and when someone else asks what seems to be a really stupid question, just answer them instead of ridiculing them. The only stupid question is the one that does not get asked.
